Hey fellow petrolheads,

back in November 2019 I traveled to the southwestern UK because finally the day had come to buy a wonderful example of my ultimate dream car.

Monaro CV8 facelift, LS1 engine, bonnet nostrils & small boot
Build date: February 2005
VIN / Build Number 4419
Color: Red Hot
First registered: September 2006
Current plate: VU56KNE
Mileage: 34,xxx
Bought on November 6th, 2019 and exported to Austria.

100 % stock and unmodified, and that's the way it will stay since I have the intention of keeping it for life.
As far as I know it is the only Monaro in Austria, and most likely the only Holden vehicle as well.

Bought in Aug 2018 a VF GTS 2015 , Nr.: 033 , heron white, manual
Where in Germany are you located?
I have imported a facelift CV8 Monaro to Austria, currently trying to get it road legal via Einzelgenehmigungsverfahren.
We should hold a 'Holden Mini Meet' someday smile

Don't know if this is still updated but mine doesn't look like it's ever been on the list.

Very nice indeed.
Definitely one I'd have looked at if I didn't have mine already. Fully kitted out that one.
Only thing not to my taste is the wheels.
Congrats on such a fab buy!👍

Thanks. I wasn’t keen on them either, I even started looking at replacing them but now I’ve got it they’ve grown on me.

Interesting thread. Found it via Facebook. Good to see my current car was owned by bt least one member here. BOD 1982 had build 026, Impulse Blue LS2 VXR8.

Is he still a member here?
