Have got a small bit of corrosion on both sides of the front wings, where the side strake meets the bodywork (front leading edge). Thought the wing was a composite material, so don't understand how it’s there, if there is no metal. It’s bubbling from underneath.
Any help appreciated; unsurprisingly the initial view of the dealer and Aston Martin is this is not covered by the anti-corrosion warranty.

Hi Neil,

Some interesting info here:

Unless there are visible "punctures" from stone chips etc, this is something that should be covered by the corrosion warranty.

Thanks for that. The pain bubbling is on the actual wing not the side strake -so effectively in the composite. I'm guessing its the metal mounts / fixings for the side strake in the wing. Could be an interesting call tomorrow with the dealer. They phoned me Friday afternoon to tell me Aston say no, after seeing some photos. Was on a train, so not the place for a conversation.
