Reversing light and rear PDC not working

Good morning everyone,

on my 2009 V8VR both the reversing light and the rear PDC don't work anymore. Breaking lights are ok. It might be a coincidence but I believe the issue started after I got a new clutch (its a manual gearbox). Any ideas about the root cause?

Maybe some cable forgotten to plug in that activates the light and the PDC when shifting into reverse?
