I basically found this info in another thread, but the original problem was a bit different, so for the sake of future reference, I wrote a dedicated one.

If your Aston is showing a wrong external temperature, your sensor is busted. This might be a problem because the internal AC temperature takes into account the external one.

Fortunately, the sensor is easy located and is pretty inexpensive.

Part number is 7G33-19E642-AB and on Scuderia Car Parts it costs 19€ and looks like this:

To replace it, you have to remove the metal engine cover (the one with the nameplate on it), by using a Torx 27 screwdriver.

The sensor is right here:

ENHANCE!

Removing it is really the only tough part. As you can see from the first image, it is held in place by a plastic clip. I found it easier to pull & twist. Don't be too afraid to break it, since the new sensor has a new clip anyway. Once out, I found it easy to place it above the metal bar to work on it, like this:

Once there, press the release switch under it to free it (no tools required, it might look stuck on the connector but it is not), put it the new one and before clipping it back in, check that the temp indicator in the infotainment screen is actually showing the correct one. It might takes 10-20 seconds from ignition.

Put back everything together and welcome back perfectly adapted AC air again! laugh
