Yeah, it has been a booming business in the latest years, in big cities you can find them quite easily. I picked Haute Detailing here in Milan, quite known especially because the guy went on a TV show on Motor Trend.http://www.hautedetailing.it/#vision

Here`s one for you Pete, nearly the same...I had to do a shoot at night a few months back, and the best angles turned out to be in a farmers field, avec mud.
Unfortunately I had to use the Aston rather than the Audi. It was also minus something degrees so most discomfort boxes ticked!

Ah but of course I never had any intention of buying milk. I think I got away with the boots at the Shell garage .
I gave up going to supermarkets in the Vantage a long time ago. Just not worth it because even if the car park's completely empty some numpty will park right next to you
Had a very slight weep on one of the junctions of the new stainless oil cooler pipes I fitted last year. It’s been annoying me for a while, so bit the bullet yesterday and decided to sort it out.
Whilst I could see the joint, there was no way I could get a pair of spanners on it, so it was a silencer off jobby.
First job was to remove the very rear of the silencers, these are two short pieces held on with a bolt and nut. Usually they’re very rusty, however, I replaced mine in the refurb with stainless, so they came off easily.
Rather than try and get the hanger rubbers on and off, I just removed the two locating bolts for the bracket on either side and sat under the silencer as I lowered it, so that it rested on my knees.
Once off, I could remove the heat shield and get the spanners on the joint. A good tighten to seat the olive and job hopefully done !
Refitting was a pain, but the trick here is to remove the two rubber seats on the subframe, rather than try and locate the hanging spigots into them. I then bolted them in place once the silencer was in.
Offending joint
All the kit needed just to tighten one joint...
One silencer going back in using the “balance it on your thighs” technique.
