DB11 Grid/Adjustment Ventilation

Hello.
Does anyone know this problem:
In my one year old and new to me DB11 the grid of the ventilation flips upwards due to the draft of the ventilator, even at very low fan speed.
The adjustment of the grid is extremely smooth and free-moving, if there is any resistance at all.
Is there a way to fix that by adjusting or do I have to let it exchanged?

Mine stay in position even on full fan. They only require a light touch to adjust them as you say very little resistance but enough not to move on mine. Suggest you get the dealer to look at it as it’s under Warranty.
