Hello Gents,
well currently I own a reeeeaaaly old beamer for mon to fri use
and weekends my Sagaris comes in the arena...
...unfortunately I want a stunner for everyday so what do you think,
is a Vantage the right vihicle for that?
How reliable are they and how many miles are between the services ?
Thanks for your advice,
cheers

I'll forgive you.
I use mine everyday except for the deep snow the other week. I do roughly 1000 miles a month, a lot in heavy morning traffic. The car is kept outside. Apart from a dodgy boot release I, touch wood, have had no problems.
Love it more every day.

I spent all afternoon in AM Wilmslow, odd I only live down the road and have stared through the window hundreds of times in the last 10 years, but never been in. My colleague bought an 07 coupe, the car I would have gone for myself. I did ask for a group buy discount but they weren't interested in fact they wouldn't budge on price at all.
Oddly I knew the dealer principle as he used to work at Stratstone Little Aston and I bought the Maserati from him.

mine is averaging 19-21mpg depending on how much non motorway driving there is ...not bad really for a 4.3V8
whats the difference between 40mpg avg in a diesel econobox and 20mpg avg in a V8 Aston for 6K miles a year ....around £750 extra in fuel maybe?
...fuel is the smallest part of the cost of buying/running one, so pretty irrelevant to be honest ...most people are not doing 30K miles a year out of their own pocket in them LOL
