How about an Aston photo thread!

First impressions,
The dealership, HR Owens Cheltenham were fantastic and i know its there job and your spending money, but very pleased with them and will take it the 200 mile trip back there to get it serviced.
The car, is just awesome, there is little appreciation of speed other than the big number in front of you, hit the brakes no drama it just slows down very quickly. I guess that's the car and i'll get used to how it feels.
My only criticism, so far is low speed, crawling along stop start. The brakes are a bit keen and the off the line bite from the clutch is very snappy its all still new so it might soften a bit and again not really a problem i'll soon get used to it.
What i wasn't expecting is how good it sounds, i knew it would be good, but it really is unbelievable, you do not need fuse 22. suspension in sport and engine in track epic.....
Haven't used the paddles yet, yes I'm a wuss.

I think I know what you mean, the light look a bit small and oddly shaped but the grill and splitter draw your eye away from it in the flesh, now i just love it.
It's the shock of the new. Still is for some people, but at least now Aston give the customer a choice. I must admit to being somewhat challenged when the initial release photos were shown (similarly with DB11), and the launch colour didn't help either, but now I think they look magnificent.8Speed said:
Nice to see a bright colour
If it were mine I'd take the Aston Martin lettering off the rear.
That's exactly what I asked them to do and they did say they would and could do it, but they could not guarantee that it wouldn't leave an imprint in the paint. If i'd spec it without, no problem but if not they are applied when paint has not fully hardened. So for now they stay until I get a bit braver. If it were mine I'd take the Aston Martin lettering off the rear.
