Snap. Here is mine, had it nearly a year and what a machine.
Lovely! That's making me want to take off the roof rack. I'm currently searching for a tow bar. There's also a company in Australia that will send a full bolt on supercharger kit!

I'd love to have one of these.
The Yen is weak against Sterling atm. Its a good time to do it. I went with Japcarimports and it all went smoothly.

Whilst the Yen / £ is favourable ATM, the shipping problems could mean you won't be able to get it here, and even if you got a slot prices are going only one way...as a single consignee you are absolutely at the back of the queue, just bear this in mind.

My favourite colour on these. Hoping to get one at some stage, possibly this autumn, I've got three months in Japan to shop for one.

I'll have to check the plate. For now, we'll call it 'expensive to paint white'

I have a manual gear surround for mine (totally different shape to the auto) yet it, for some reason, has the ECT button on it. I can only think there are a couple of different auto selector designs and one happens to match them manual in dimensions.

I know, traditionally, snow mode on an auto starts you off in 2nd to reduce the chance of wheel spin. However, having been out in the cold and damp, I think it might just be wired to just cut the ignition if there's snow on the ground wink

Haha it certainly is 'expensive white paint' and if it's 062 then you get all sorts of teeth sucking and "this is very hard" from vehicle repair & painters... it's like "yes that's why I'm not doing it with a paintbrush" rolleyes

Could it have been swapped in Japan? I have that exact button in mine.

A better photo after a days cleaning. Also in nicer surroundings than the back of my dilapidated garage.

It took four months to find this one, in this colour, spec and condition. It's just a matter of luck and patience if you find the right one on budget, I hope you do they are great cars!

V6? There is an importer of those a few miles from my house, always has about twenty on display, used to sell only Mazda bongos.

Unfortunately not, I wanted the v6 for obvious burble and torque reasons and also the facelift v6 comes with a 5 speed transmission instead of the 4 speed in the 2.4 which negates the lower mpg.

However this one came up locally and was in great condition so just went for it.

09 Honda Stepwagon. Wanted a petrol Mpv to replace our ageing Galaxy.

Had it just over a year now and really enjoying being back in a JDM.
You still got this magpie ? Eould love a readers ride on it. Spotted one of the older shapes at a services yesterday and it seems ideal halfway house between a van and a car. Without the VAT issues that come with buying a van.

2006 3.5 V6 Estima. Was a Grade 5 import, only one I’ve ever seen. Still has the flare and toll road reader, not to mention obligatory illuminated parking pole.

Not my car but a Tommy Kaira ZZ is for sale on PH!

https://www.pistonheads.com/buy/auction/16246184

I know its not the ZZ II that was the "cheat code car" in Gran Turismo thanks to its minimal weight and 900hp potential, but its still rare and awesome.
