BMW e90 335d modifications

Hi guys, ok I have got myself a 2008 e90 335d twin turbo. Its completely stock but I am looking to gain some more horses. I'm after advice on what mods to do. Im thinking, egr delete, dpf decat, larger intercooler, and swirl flap delete along with a stage 1 or 2. My question- is there anything else I should consider, things to look out for and where to get the remap done. Also what gains could I expect. Thanks chaps, I am based in hampshire. 😁
