Enduro Max Bulgaria - Anyone been?
Discussion
So last year I did the mick extance experience in wales. Was a great day, my first time off roading, had fantastic weather too. I came back a broken man, sore all over and tired as hell.
This year, we have put a deposit down with Enduro Max in Bulgaria to go in September and looking at booking flights soon. I was just wondering if anyone has been and what their thoughts were on it?
Also, what did people do about travel insurance? I only worry as their is a high risk of breaking a bone etc.

GOLD does cover you for enduro
tbh we have a group of mates and just do hard enduro as tho its slower and more techinical ... less injuries than when rally racing round twin tracks

Very timely - last week I was in Bulgaria with Enduro Max. Was there for 7 days, 3 skiing and 3 riding.
The off roading is great, challenging as they don’t have to stick to byways so they literally go wherever they want. So when they want to reach the top of a mountain/ hill, they aim directly for it and go through forests, up crazy steep inclines, etc. I also did a day riding on snow with spiked tyres but depends when you might be going.
The hotel is fine, does have pool, steam room, sauna but nothing fancy. It’s in a village with nothing else going on so for any other restaurants or bars you need to go to Bansko about 4km away.
Bikes were good. KTM 350’s and in good condition.
I’d happily book another trip with them, but in the spring or autumn.
Hope that helps.
