Are these bikes going to be inadequate very quickly?

Going by the reviews I've read the most amusing A2 bike which isn't just something bigger restricted is the 390 - those that like them seem to keep them for quite a while.

All the reviews I saw of the 310 were that it needed more power and was a bit sterile.
