A question about bike headlights
Discussion
Agree that full beam makes it a lot harder to judge distance, and that at night bikes blend in to the car headlights and are hard to spot. I find additional running lights help, no need to be stupidly bright, just to give an unusual pattern that draws the eye. My old bike was a twin headlamp and I had fog lights fitted under the indicators with LED bulbs in them. New bike has the stupid one for dipped and one for main which I reckon is a lot harder to spot than twin lights, I'll be doing something similar with some LED spots when I get a chance.
