What did you do in the garage yesterday?

Not a lot happening in the garage so I squeezed my car trailer in and put it on the ramp.
Renewing all the decking/boards, checking it out, lubing and a general once over.
You would be amazed at the amount of people who dont known of a few instances locally of failed bearings , shot tyres, loose bolts etc who find out too late with cars of value on the at the time I just dont get it these things dont just fail overnight Renewing all the decking/boards, checking it out, lubing and a general once over.
Simon, they are probably the same group of people who don't get their cars serviced annually, nor even check their tyre pressures & fluid levels monthly... (these two groups have a very high level of overlap in my experience) so why on earth would it enter their tiny heads to service/ safety check their trailers?
Moved house, using the garage for house building projects so the chim has been sitting outside. It does mean that it has been getting loads more use as I have to walk past it, however it seems to have the hump about the weather.
Any suggestions? Is this leather or plastic? I've got a can of evostick contact adhesive but I need a way to stretch the material back to shape.
Option two is to rip it all out and bodge a bit of something green in there the best I can until a later date, it can't look worse than it is.

Good idea, I'll have an ask about around here, I don't think that a professional would touch that without wanting to take the window out though.
I've had the car for over 10 years now. Every year I say that I'm going to sort out the cosmetic issues that let it down, and then I drive it like a loon for 8 months and then say that I'll sort it next summer
It needs carpet, and I want to change the seats, and I want to change the leather colour.. and the car needs repainting really. Just didn't want to drive about for the next four months with the dashboard looking like that, and I doubt it's going to stop to there.
Just put 4 new tyres on it and had the wheels painted, there's something productive I've done in the 'garage' this weekend. I was going for a bronze colour but I think I might have poo rolled in glitter..

I was just thinking why so close to the wall, then realised you can turn the car round to do the other side.....DOH!
I have 3 cars I need to store there and I share it with a guy with a 19ft long Ford Thunderbird, it's only just wide enough for 2 cars side by side and I don't want to block him in and visa versa. I was after a 2 post but they are too wide for the space I have. I will use it for maintenance but it's primary purpose is for stacking a couple of cars, and then park the third in front. It's probably overkill for storage but renting another space is dead money.
If the guy I share with ever gives up his half I'll shift it to the middle and forward slightly.
My chimaera will always be underneath because of the amount of oil that p1ss3s out of it.
