By 'plug' I assume you mean the male connector to a car cigarette lighter, as was used by TomTom etc, back in the day...

Yes - these chappies even have connectors exposed, so you dont have to mess around butchering a mains plug. If your carport floor gets wet, I recommend placing them on a rubber mat or something similar as the clamps off your conditioner rust very quickly.
