Where are you? Your MoT expired last year so you cannot be in too bad a condition - not that an MoT is needed at your age!. You were mine between about 1971 and 1976 and I came across a picture of you only last week.

If anyone knows, please email/message me if the car still exists and could be available, thanks.

Just read this - have you tried asking in the Midget and Sprite Club website or MGOC etc?

I haven't, but I might do. I have enough automotive hassle currently and have little time to pursue it at the moment. Good idea though, thanks.

Actually no I haven't looked any further than this thread yet. Did you buy it in Barnet or Potters Bar (I cannot recall) because I sold it to a private buyer in about 1976/77.

There was a Watchdog brand of crooklock steering lock, and a Selmar alarm. What you might not have known was there was a switch hidden up under the dash on the passenger's side, and that made it impossible to easily hotwire it as it earthed the coil on the breaker side.

Nice to 'meet' a later owner, what was the mileage when you sold it? It was 40-45k+ when I sold it.
