again Emil Frey companies suck...
they dont care about a single customer like you.
Cause they are one of the biggest european car dealers....
means = Jaguar needs them but they dont need Jaguar - u got it >?
PS: the only thing u can do is: go to court - make them take u car back - take u money and buy a car that isnt imported from the Frey group to Switzerland

Time to throw my 1/2 pence worth in then. From the perpective of the auto box I would leave it in gear. After all you are simply sitting there in gear with the torque converter fully stalled - so OK maybe you'll warm up the transmission fluid a bit but it should cope with that. By slipping it in and out of gear you are exercising the change actuation mechanism = ? more wear. Points regarding disc distortion were valid though.
