Was it a 14-plate white ex-press car?

I spent a couple of weeks in an F-type R Coupe rwd and then two weeks in an Aston V8 Vantage N430, then a week in a '16 F-type R Coupe AWD.

The F-type R rwd was the best of the lot, in my opinion. It was better than the Aston in every area except steering feel, and sounded just as good. Considerably better on long journeys, with a better interior and perceived quality. The Aston was 10k more expensive - absurd.

The rear-wheel drive variant was a lot more fun than the AWD, too. The AWD, while confidence-inspiring, just felt too neutral and composed; it took away some of the car's 'British muscle' character.

I liked the fact with the rear-wheel drive variant you really have to respect it. For the money, nothing beats the looks, noise and performance. Mega cars. Jaguar absolutely nailed it with these. And the public adores them - you get so many compliments from people while out and about in them. Sensational.

No. Not white but it was a 14 plate.
