E-type clutch woes

I am going to Goodwood track day on monday and just had a call from my mate who`s taking his E-type it went something like:
"Help, the f
g clutch has gone. Can you get it done at the weekend ?"
Can somebody tell me what a job it is?
Done plenty of engines / gearboxes before but never an e-type
