2017 RS6 Avant key fob not working

Hi all
I have just bought a 2017 RS6 performance Avant
One of the key fobs does not seem to work on the remote.The manual key bit works as does holding it against the dash so I know its the right key..
Is there a clever way of resetting. I have tried turning the key and locking and unlocking then holding down the unlock button but to no avail.

Similar experience. Resolved by inserting new battery in to fob.

That was one of the more obvious solutions I tried first.

I'd have suggested the same as you didn't say you'd already done it.

Could be coding issue or broken remote. Dealer/specialist to try and recode all the keys or replace the remote.
