Have you come across a rare or eye-catching example of a classic MINI whilst on your day to day travels and managed to to grab a photo? Well the sole purpose of this thread is for like minded MINI lovers to post their discoveries. There are so many fantastic and unusual cars out there that don't get the recognition or exposure they deserve, so let's do our bit and share our sightings with the rest of the community.

I keep seeing a quite heavily modified Mini commuting in Reading. Green, wide front track/front tyres, perspex windows, rorty exhaust, HID headlights. Cool little car. I can often smell it before I see it - don't think it's running a cat!

Anyone we know?

I had a problem with my A40 Farina so I took it to Mini Tech Pilling where Craig sorted it out for me

Not strictly 'out and about' but I was watching an episode of the ITC series 'Dangerman' last night which featured '731 HOP' quite a bit, it was the very first 1071 Cooper S ever built (it also appears in the opening titles in a few episodes). Patrick McGoohan crashes it at one point but they used a mocked up bog standard 850 for that scene...

I saw this one today. Well actually it's mine . Not many Studio2s around now. Had a complete and total renovation returned to fully original spec except wheel trims which can't be obtained.
