Recomendations for commercial mortgages

I am meeting with the bank next week to get a decision in principle (principal?) for a commercial mortgage. They are looking for 30% deposit, which isnt really a problem, however can anyone recomend a company who are both competitive in rate and deposit requirements. I want to have something to compare them to or at least make them compete against for the business. I bank with Lloyds.
