ML headlamps RHD/LHD

Does anyone know if RHD headlamps can be set up properly to work on the other side of the road - are the reflectors completely different?
I ask as we have a 2000 model LHD ML270 which we keep overseas, that needs new headlights due to the strong sun discolouring the lenses of the old ones. I can find RHD headlamps for a lot less money than the LHD equivalent, but if the reflector pattern is different I guess its a non starter?
Alternatively if anyone has some LHD headlamps lying around do let me know!
