Your move over along with Juice’s car are the reasons I’d pretty much decided to go with a 55.
Do it! It is a brilliant car - the engine is just awesome and that noise.... It would be a perfect car for a long trip, but I'm not sure it will happen this year either. That, and a desire not to have four cars means it has to make room for an Up! or something for my boy.

I'd love to, but I expect insurance for a learner may not be easy!

That’s fair.

I’ll keep an eye out on your 55 thread for it going up for sale.

It appears bikes can fit.
And a rare one at that.

Kudos, sir.

I was telling someone at work that in a off-camber, drop/swoop Derbyshire NSL the 595 is trying to kill me.

Their reply? That's Italian cars, they always try to kill you! laugh

Does anyone have a list of the current exterior colours that can be ordered in the UK?

Can you order a new one? Pretty sure I read on the FB group that dealers have closed the books.

I’m not sure - I could order one just before Christmas, wife wanted pearl white but it would seem that colour option is no longer available

I believe they’re on the run out due to the electric car coming out next year. They’ve just released a few new 695 part bins as part of this.

Only white on the configurator is gara white, don’t think Pearl white has been offered on the series4 onwards.

Thanks it seems there are now only 4 colour choices - white, circuit grey, a metallic grey and black.

I'd have preferred grey or white but blue was the only available in the showroom.

Carparion cheap lease Esseesse just arrived... my initial impression is its like going back to my renault 5 campus in 1990, built from old tin cans/bottle tops!

Seriously, its quite a gokart. The alcantara/carbon wheel is lovely, so are the Sabelt seats. Konis are v firm, im fine with apart from the worst speed bumps. Long journeys and i will take the family car. The LSD is a hoot esp on wet bends where you can whip out v little torque steer. 5 speed box meh. Cant see point of carbon backed seats as you never see them. The exhaust is just plain yobo... I went into a multistory and reversed into a space jesus! Got home and a builder next door couldnt believe it was std, said it sounded epic! Def attracts people wanting a traffic light gp....
6 months in and done 1300 miles. I mainly use it to nip to the gym, shopping. Furthest ive been is caffeine and machine, 40mile round trip so no long journeys

Still dislike the Renault 5 build (in our house its affectionately called the stbox).... though still loving the zorst, seats, LSD and handling. The 26mpg would be a PITA if i was doing any mileage, but the economy/tax/servicing pales into insignificance compared to the possible depreciation.....Have just looked on WBAC its current offer stands at £16,300. Thats on the Esseesse that is still on AT new at £31k! Some people on a PCP could get seriously burnt.... i lease at £250pm, when i looked a 1.0 fiat 500 "pop" was £180pm so overall im pleased with it as it always brings a smile to your face

If you were doing bigger mileage you’d see that average around 37mpg.

I’d second that… I’m at around 38mpg with a mixture of a roads and town

The WBAC valuations have dropped right off for the 595. There was a point around Christmas where mine was offered a couple of grand less than I paid for it 3.5 years ago.
Now it’s about £6k less.
