Will most likely go secondhand but I was looking at a prereg brand new 595 with a 180bhp but a Turismo.

Is that possible? I thought the Turismos were 165bhp.
My understanding is the 595 Turismo is 165bhp. The relatively new 695 Turismo has 180bhp.
Thanks.

So with 695 Turismos and Competiziones both having 180bhp what's the difference apart from the carbon backed bucket seats and the quad pipes?

Cheers for any help as I have been going through Autotrader and other ads all week and the different versions are started to make my brain spin smile
Where in the UK are you croyde?

I’m nW London/herts.

Feel free to take mine out.

Very kind of you mate. I'm in Middlesex bordering deep SW London.

I might take a trip to Slough tomorrow as Thames Fiat seem to have a few prereg in stock and maybe they'd oblige me with a drive.

Thanks again smile

Not a million miles away - I’m in Stanmore most of the time.

The offer remains if you want an extended run.

Well F me, I've just a bought a new 695 Comp. yikes

Bonkers. A car I knew nothing about until a few weeks ago and having 5 weeks in Tenerife with a boggo Fiat Hybrid.

Loved the handling but not the lack of power, although it was still fun. The 500s had never been on my radar until then smile

I'm getting virtually what I paid for my Duster 3 years ago so free motoring and 'just' another £15k to find.

I'm 61 and you can't take it with you so apart from keeping the mortgage payments down by £80 a month, I hope it's money well spent.

PS thanks Pidsy for your generous offer. I managed a test ride in an older 595 Comp a couple of days ago and I was hooked.

It reminded me of being on my motorbike but keeping warm and dry hehe

No problem at all.

Mine is lightly fettled so might not have given you an entirely accurate view.

Are comps now 695’s?

I have found all the models and versions somewhat confusing smile

Dealers appear to be pre registering new stock of 2023 Abarths and selling with a decent discount.

The latest Comp is a 695 but only available with the automatic manual box, it would seem.

Lots of ads saying get your soon to be rare manual Comps now.

I also believe this is the last year for petrol Abarths and Fiat 500s.

Pidsy do you need any Brembo brake pads? Front and rear - brand new and no cost to you if you could use them (they were gifted to me by a PHer).

I'm at a loss. I picked up a 12 plate 49kmiler Mondeo Titanium X as a stop gap and its really surprised me.

I'll take a few months to decide
