Wanting to upgrade the look of the pedals in my 105 GTV, but not ready to commit to the Alfaholics pedal set, I went about designing my own.

I’ve now had it CNC machined from billet aluminium, sand blasted and hard anodised. Paired with some off-the-shelf aluminium pedals for brake and clutch, I’m really happy with the result.

Keen to hear any feedback on the design etc. The dimensions, curve etc are the same as an original rubber pedal.

I like the look of that thumbup.

If I were starting from scratch I'd modify the design of the mounting to bring the accelerator pedal closer to the brake pedal
for easier heel & toeing.

The brake and accelerator do look quite far apart in the picture, but in practise I don't find it difficult to heel/toe. I could always shift the bolts on the brake pedal to move it over.

Are the other two from rally design or similar and were they easy to drill/fit?

They are from OMP, product number OA/1020.

Yes I would say they are easy to fit. On the standard pedals, the metal plates underneath the rubber covers are pretty thin so I didn't have any issues drilling with a handheld power drill.

I made a small aluminium block to use as a spacer.

Just checked back in on this thread, thanks for your interest. I have a couple of design tweaks to make once I get my car back from Ian Ellis. Then I'll contact the machinists for a firm price.
