nope fraid not! Notmany quirks on it to be honest, although for some weird reason on mine the headlights wont work with the key out, but the brake lights will

Excellent idea, although sadly confined to Italian and Swedish cars.

It is impossible to leave the car parked with the headlamps on. Mrs TB and I often end up walking away from our Peugeot having left its headlights on (e.g. if it has been raining but not particularly dark ) and having to go back to it either because we noticed or the supermarket tannoy announces "Will the owner of Peugeot *** *** return to their car and turn off the headlamps". With the SAAB (and our old FIAT) headlamps went off with the key. If you needed to display lights you turned the switch to the park position.

Never figured out the brake light switch though.

(My old SAAB 99 had the indicators wired independent of the ignition i.e. you could park the car with the indicator flashing Really annoying.)

Was it the 155 that had the window swicthes in the roof panel, always made me laugh that one, they must have forgotten to design them in. Top engine and a top car, loads of character

Brilliant design actually, it means the passenger can operate the drivers window as well.
My wife & I always thought it a good idea but like a lot of Alfa things good for a laugh in the bar from those who don't know.
