Hi

Can someone please contact me as one of your patrol people attended to my partners broken down vehicle today and fitted a new battery after telling me on the phone the battery was to be a 100 a/h he fitted a 64/ah suitable for a much smaller car and not my diesel ford galaxy. please could you either change it for the correct battery or refund my money (over a £100 so I can have the correct part fitted?

Our membership number is 6356 0114

Please reply when possible as I do not want to go into cold mornings with a battery which is too small for my car after paying for the larger unit. If this is the case it does seem deliberate leaving me far from happy.

OK - no I haven't

I'm guessing it's one of a few senarios

1. You are lost in the Internets
2. You believe you are on a forum such as www.AAMembers.com
3. You finished work for the weekend and have started on the sauce early

There maybe some other senarios......

Like it but all three aree wrong. To clarify paid over £100 for a battery fitted by the AA as the other half broke down talked to the guy on the phone whos said he would fit 11ah battery then went on to fit a much smaller one and charge me of more exact the Mrs for the bigger 100ah unit? Does this make sense ? Any how just ranting as wondered if anyone else had been turned over by the good patrol men (and women I guess) of the AA

OP makes perfect sense to me. AA supplied and fitted an inadequate part despite changing £100. OP wants his money back or the correct part.. or am i missing something? confused

Never had a problem with it so unable to comment on the service - but prices are very competative.
