Secondary glazing - anyone had it fitted recently?
Discussion
After getting quoted a hilarious amount of money to refurbish a triple bay of sash windows, I am thinking about getting secondary glazing to cut down on draughts.
I'd prefer it made of wood instead of the usual aluminium.
Any recommendations on where to look and roughly how much? Have seen one place which quoted £450+VAT for reasonably decent aluminum with wood cladding, fixed left and right and centre in two parts. All removable.
The windows are approx 2x 500x1700 and 1x 930x1700, typical Victorian sash types
