I need to replace the seat on a toliet which is not a standard design. I've found a seat that fits, however it has fixed studs. The holes on the ban need to be enlarged a bit as there is a 5mm offset between the fixed studs, and the holes. Can the holes be ground out using a dremel with a grinding stone?

I would have thought it would be similar the grinding tiles?

wein the past have cut the outlet to length using a petrol grinder , so gingerly with a dremmel should be fine

Yes. Pans are ceramic, and as such can be cut / ground with diamond tipped blades, the same as you would a ceramic tile.

Thanks, I guessed it would pretty much be the same as tile.
