hey just a quick question:

got a ticket from one of those lovely people walking around all day and sticking stuff to your windscreen.

just wondering if anyone has ignored one before and what happened about it or what are the chances ill be caught and told to pay the full £70

or is it a case just pay the £35 and move forward

ive done a bit more reading on it,

the road had restrictions on it so i parked up on the kerb all 4 wheels where on the pavement so i wasnt on the road, now in london they have rules saying you cant park any wheels on the kerb but doesnt say outside of london.

there was plenty of room around my car you could easily fit a woman a push chair a stupid dog and another child next to them and still not have to yeild to get around the car.

wouldnt anyone else appeal or would you again purely just ignore it all?

I really am struggling that you've actually admitted to that on PH.

But sounds like a great defence, so I'd follow it all the way to court.
bikes do it often, park on kerbs and they dont get tickets for it

same as car tax if your wheels arent on road then your dont get a ticket for no tax. if your driveway is open to to the road then your car is technically not off road, there are a lot of loop holes/ stupid little niggly bits
