Neighbour stole parcel - possibly.

I ordered some Gin online, I was out, Courier delivered it to the wrong house, we are no.1 he delivered it to no. 11.
I phoned company up and enquired where the item was, they said they would contact courier, and came back saying it had been signed for by no.11
I went round to no.11's and the chap said he only realised the mistake when he took the parcel inside to open it, and then on realising the mistake took it round to mine, rang the bell, nobody was in, so left it on the doorstep.
My gut feeling is neighbour has kept it (around £100 worth). Ive been in contact with seller and they are considering sending me some more at no cost but I am awaiting a call back from a manager.
Anything else I can do regarding neighbour? Sausages/lawn not needed!
