Mini DA options

I'm starting a restoration which involves a bit of fibreglass repair.
I would like to acquire a 'mini' DA (50mm-75mm) - my compressor is 3hp but only a 50 litre air receiver so it will probably struggle to run one other than in short bursts but that might be okay for what I am doing - for example it works okay with the air die grinder I use quite regularly. The tool will only be used for this one project so I don't want to spend a fortune on a professional level tool.
Then I was thinking that an electric one might be a better option but I can't seem to find one.
So the question is a) recommendation on a decent, cheap, mini air DA tool and b) a similar recommendation on an electric version, assuming that such a thing exists.
