vodafone data sim

Apps such as Spotify and Tunein which use the supplied Vodafone sim data connection seem to have stopped connecting - the connection still seems to be active going by symbols on the display but wont connect or stream - V60 is 11 months old and sim was only set up last july so shouldnt have expired and i havent used anything like 100gb of data - is there any way of checking whether the account is still ''live''??
