Can some one explain Integras to me?

Looking at the adverts for integera type R's I see cars that have quad head lights and others with regular headlights and codes such as DC2, EK9 etc, can someone point me to a list of what came when, what to look for etc, looking in the £5K region.

cool, think i'll be looking at a DC2 then. What are the fundamental JDM / UK differences with the cars? Is it really just cosmetic & ignition map + front bumper & lights or are there mechanical engine differences?

I've an Accord VTEC-S at present as my daily driver and was thinking of an Integra Type R as its replacement as the accord is the best handling front drive car i've ever driven and knowing people rave about the integra it must be good.

I do prefer the quad headlight look but thats all that would tempt me to go uk car, is the insurance much higher for JDM?
