House insurance - broker recommendations?

Hi PH,

I'm looking to get my house re-insured and could do with some recommendations on a decent broker or provider. Our regular insurer isn't keen as we made a claim for water damage earlier this year where a neighbour (adjoining property) had a leaky pipe that caused damage into our property - new flooring etc added up to a tidy sum. Whilst the pipe was fixed, the insurer is saying that no preventative measures were introduced to prevent it happening again (although I'm not exactly sure what they would consider preventative here) and so they wouldn't want to insure. My cars are insured via Locktons so I will be giving them a bell but I would appreciate any pointers to other brokers or similar who could help find something suitable.
