Maldives and tipping

So we're going to the Maldives this week for a week on a little island with 30 huts on there, and that's it. There are no shops/restaurants or anything esle.

It's all inclusive, so there is no need for money at all............but the question is tipping...........

It'd be the only need for actual money for the entire week.

What currency do the natives like?
What is considered a good tip?

I was thinking taking 200USD (As extras in our resort are listed in dollar), and tipping 2-3usd a time...........?
