What things do we do that the main enjoyment is when it is over ?
Camping, realistically, it is horrible but it makes you appreciate your house and comforts when you get back.
Nightclubs, truly awful, spending vast wads of cash on booze and entry, cant hear, all in the hope you will "pull".
Running, especially marathons, does anyone really enjoy that (that isnt weird) ?
Sure there are many others.
