Best work gloves?

I've been using the black nitrile gloves for a while now and though pretty good they do make my hands sweat a lot and are then difficult to get off and then back on again. They are also easily broken which I've not discovered until working with a degreaser.

Was wondering if there was a better glove solution when working on the car?

Are there more durable latex types? Have been using ones from Screwfix.

Are then more expensive re-usable types washable?
