Motorpoint etc, what's the catch?

Looking through AT the other day at performance pack MK7 GTI's I noticed for not much more than the starting prices for these Motorpoint did new ones well specced (Nav, roof, 19's etc)....so what's the catch, Euro imports, not to spec or something?

Just intrigued, cheers.
