Porsche 10% Brexit surcharge

I don't follow all the Brexit chat.
Could any City types / economists on here who work in finance / trade, explain why Porsche will need to apply 10% if we come out of Europe?
Why will they, as a manufacturer, be worse off with no trade deal ?
Will our Govt start charging them more to import goods, which they have to pass on ?
Are EU companies importing to the UK currently subsidised in some way?
