Why do people have such difficulty in the simple task of using car doors?
I'm particularly irritated by those who either slam the doors shut (cars are generally well made these days, the doors fit properly, so it's not necessary to force them back into place), or letting go of the handle and allowing the door to swing open, especially if the car is facing downhill, or the wind catches the door.
And the culprits, in my experience, are usually women.
Just keep hold of the handle, and don't let the door swing open! And don't slam it shut!
