Manufacturers consideration for RHD?

My old Porsche 924S had wipers set up for LHD, i.e. the unswept area usually at the top left was instead at the top right.

Looking at a Discovery 3 today, I noticed that the rear window is significantly lower on the right hand side (looking at it from behind), whereas on a LHD version having the window lower at the right would be genuinely useful when reversing and looking over your shoulder.

Now this may be a contender for 2011's most boring thread, but can anyone think of any other examples?
