Putting a 987 back on the road

I have a rarely used 987 I have owned since new in 2006. It has done c. 12k miles but has been off the road in my garage for the last 3 years due to working and family issues. It has been on a battery conditioner and started every 6 months or so.

I now want to get it back on the road - it was an early top spec'd 3.4 with PASM. What would you recommend apart from a service for putting it back on the road - and perhaps a new set of tyres!

Also is was always serviced my a main dealer - pointless for a nine year old car so any recommendations for a good Indie in Hertfordshire/Bedfordshire?
