987 MOT advisories

[CGFR]

I’ve had a couple of advisories on the MOT of my 987 Boxster S - one is seepage from the seals to the power steering rams (both sides), and the other is that there is slight play at inner rack ball joints. Are these likely to be related and do they have the potential to be serious or just minor issues to fix?
