944 s2 belts, clutches and cam chains

I've a 1990 944 S2 that I've had for a year and been tidying up as best I can. I've had some work done on the sills, the roof repainted and generally fixed a few things that needed some love.
I need now to get the car serviced properly and the belts checked. But wanted to check a few things out so know what to expect. Service schedules seem pretty hard to nail down depending where you look.
My car has 204,000 miles with pretty much full history yet it's not had much love over recent years.
The camchains, balance belts and tensioner were for at 146k in 2005
Again the camchain tensioner was replaced in 2008 at 175k
And the clutch was replaced at 137k in 2004.

So as you can imagine I'm starting to panic a little at what may need doing. I spoke to a local specialist who suggested if the belts were over 5 years old he would want to take a look. I really liked him and am glad I have someone nearby but feel I should perhaps brace myself for what these kind of jobs can cost on a 944. Am I right in expecting this car to need at least the belts and tensioner 're doing. And what costs would i expect.
