Porsche Panamera 4 E-Hybrid Sport Turismo Buying advice?

I’m looking for one of these, probably 2018-20 and max £40k ish.
Are they considered a safe buy or are there horror stories about them.
So a couple of questions to start,
Is the standard Porsche security adequate.
What options would be considered a must.
Is the 30 mile electric range realistic
Real world mpg.
Best wheel tyre size combination to go for, and anything specific to avoid?
