Dear Lovely PH staff,

It's [current year], and these formats have been available for 5+ years to my knowledge, and are only increasing in popularity in my experience.

Is it possible to include these filetypes in the [pic] formatting

For example, This GIFV is 14kb. I could convert it to a GIF to post, but it'd probably be 40+MB for the same quality.
