What happens if an unauthorised vehicle circulates in a ZFE-m?

If a vehicle concerned by the restrictions put in place circulates in a ZFE-m or during a period of differentiated traffic, the driver is liable to a flat-rate fine of:

€68 for cars and two-wheelers;

€135 for trucks, buses and coaches.

Communities may issue local derogations from restriction measures based on the criteria they define beyond the cases of exemptions provided for at the national level (in particular for vehicles displaying an inclusion mobility card).

How would you obtain a local derogation for my blue badge driving a 1994 VW T3 petrol camper van

Any suggestions?

Looking on the same page I understand I would not need to display the sticker but just have my blue badge on display assuming after Brexit they would accept a UK mobility badge!!!
