super saloons with least depreciation
Discussion
Hello all,
am considering changing cars soon. Have a 640d grand coupe as an everyday and a cls 55amg as a toy. but considering just having the one.
so with a
> budget of £20-30k
> no older than 2013
> 400+bhp
> capable of reliably doing 10k miles a year
> ideally 4 door as have child.
what ideas do you guys have, i would rather pay out more on running costs for something with similar perf as the AMG rather than paying out on high depreciation.
Based on keeping 1 to 2 years.
1) XFR - £18-£20k? reasonably reliable? low depreciation?
2) E63 (twin turbo) £28k+ have read of a few catastrophic failures on owners club - prob depreciate quite a bit
3) Audi s7 jist scrape in £30k - depreciation?
4) XKR - £20k ish - stunning looks compensate for 2 doors lol
5) C43 - seen some @ 30k - high depreciation and under power wise
6) CLA45 - later ones 380hp, but prob drop like a stone.
At the moment- my fav is the XFR... comments?
